In 1998, with the help of the Bulgarian National Association of Underwater Activity and the Institute of Oceanology , which has more than 30 years of experience in deep and mixed gas diving up to depths of 200m, on one of the most picturesque places of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast -"The Bird Bay", 90 km north of Varna, far away from the crowds of the mass (diving) destinations, a Diving Club was set up.
